Welcome Exhibitors! 

Thank you for considering being an exhibitor at the Convention. Set-up will take place on Wednesday, June 18 AM (time to be confirmed) & tear-down on June 19 by 5 PM. A Special Exhibitor Reception will be hosted on June 18 from 5-7 pm at the hotel with no overlapping sessions. Exhibitors are welcome to attend ALL sessions, as well as the off-site informal reception on June 17 & the Museum of Human Rights reception on June 19 (across the street from the hotel).

Fill out the form for the main representative attending the convention and add any additional representatives that will also be attending. After completing the form, you will be prompted for payment – please note payment must be received to secure your participation.

Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be received by email to [email protected] by April 30, 2025.
  • Registrants whose written requests for cancellation are received by that date will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 non-refundable processing fee to help offset charges.
  • No refunds will be made for those who request cancellation after April 30, 2025.
  • Substitutions are accepted by the same company.
