Our Exhibitor Hall is SOLD OUT! 

Thank you for considering being an exhibitor at the Convention – we are now at full capacity in our Exhibitor Hall and can no longer accept new exhibitor registrations – instead we encourage you to join as a participant (see registration page on this site).  

Set-up will take place on Wednesday, June 18 AM from 7-9 am (Central Display will setup at 5:30 am) & tear-down after the tradeshow & special reception with exhibitors on June 18 at 7 pm. Please see the Convention program for additional details for an overview of day 1, 2, and 3. Comments or suggestions? please email us [email protected]

  • 2 banquet chairs
  • Electrical outlet (please indicate if you need this in your form and this will be coordinated by CARI with Encore)
  • Exhibitors are welcome to attend all events/functions
  • Forms and confirmation will be made available for download following payment. A link to the registration form will also be sent via email – please check your SPAM folder.

Politique de remboursement

  • All cancellation requests must be received by email to [email protected] by April 30, 2025.
  • Registrants whose written requests for cancellation are received by that date will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 non-refundable processing fee to help offset charges.
  • No refunds will be made for those who request cancellation after April 30, 2025.
