Ontario Electronics Stewardship is winding-up operations as part of the transition required under the Waste-Free Ontario legislation.
The wind-up will be complete by June 30, 2020, and new set of electronics regulations will take effect in Ontario as of July 1, 2020. Both OES and the Resource Productivity Recovery Authority (RPRA) will be conducting stakeholder consultations on this wind-up.
